The Pentecost Retreat run by the Emmanuel Community was held at Mt Carmel Retreat Centre on the 7th and 8th of June 2025.
Fr Josh Miechels and Fr Paschal M. Corby OFM Conv. joined us to minister in both word and sacrament.
The theme of the retreat was The Holy Sprit: Lord and Giver of Life. Approximately 60 participants experienced a time of intimacy with Our Lord, who sends us His Spirit at Pentecost. Each day we had a time of joyful praise, adoration, Holy Mass and a teaching from Peter and Mary McGregor.
This joyful, profound weekend drew us closer to the Holy Spirit, giver of life.
