English-speaking beginners are most welcome, with an opportunity to learn! Some translation may be possible.
No minors: The minimum age is 18 and the maximum age is 30 (at the time of registration).
The registration deadline is 30 March 2025.

- 28 to 31st July : 4 Days Emmanuel Forum in Rome*, Trinità-dei-Monti in the magnificent private park with main stage
- 1st of August : Full Day in Rome (Events, Holy Door, Free-time…)
- 2 & 3rd August : Final week-end Tor Vergata with Pope Francis
* forum participants will be able to enter and leave freely the outside site with ticket access control

📦 PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation (on-site & off-site depending on final numbers)
- Meals (on-site).
- Unlimited 4-day access to the Forum at Trinité-des-Monts with all the spiritual and fraternal activities, refreshment bar, music, chill zones, activites and sports fields.
- Additional repatriation insurance for the whole of Europe.
- Jubilee Pelerin kit (bag, safari hat, 2 t-shirts, recycled plastic water bottle, rosary, bracelet, bandana).
- Final weekend with the Pope.
Please note that the pack does not include transport. Buses are being negotiated and will be offered in several countries.
Nb : bus trip around 250€ round-trip from France. Carpooling, train and plane possible.
💳 REGISTRATION FEES:
- 390 EUR for Austria, Belgium, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and other countries.
- 340 EUR for Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Latvia.
Please round up by adding €10 or more if possible: This amount will be specifically used to help young people in need of a solidarity tariff (accurate verification).

- If you are experiencing real financial difficulties and are unable to pay the registration fees, please send us an email explaining your situation in a few lines and indicating a local contact close to the Emmanuel community (leaders, priests, committed members). 💪 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We are looking for 250 full-time volunteers to serve the full week at La Trinité-des-Monts (TDM)
Be part of an international team to serve, build strong lasting relationships with other international servants during the Forum.
Benefits: preferential rate, accommodation on-site.
Condition: Volunteers must arrive by Friday 25 July setting up and tidying before end.
